Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly to meet kitchen demands Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or portioning ingredients when needed Support the catering team by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for events or banquet functions Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area by regularly cleaning sinks, counters, and equipment Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety standards in the kitchen Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely clearing of tables and proper bussing of dining areas Help with light cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to support overall sanitation efforts Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
