Support food production by maintaining cleanliness of workstations and ensuring compliance with safety standards in production. Handle heavy lifting of large pots, trays, or boxes of supplies safely while adhering to safety standards in the food industry. Follow food safety management protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure proper food handling practices. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment conducive to efficient food service operations. Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Basic knife skills and familiarity with slicing techniques are advantageous. Knowledge of food safety standards and safe handling practices within the food industry. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
