Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher and be a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will ensure the cleanliness and organization of all kitchenware, dishes, and utensils, supporting our culinary team to operate smoothly and efficiently. Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, sinks, and surrounding areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies or handling basic food items when needed Support the catering team by providing clean dishes and utensils for banquet events or large gatherings Help with bussing tables during busy service times to ensure a smooth flow of operations Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene standards are met Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Familiarity with kitchen operations including bussing, food preparation, and basic cooking skills is a plus Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude in fast-paced settings such as hotels or banquet halls Previous experience in catering or banquet service enhances your fit for this role Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food safety standards Embark on a rewarding journey where your effort keeps our culinary operations running seamlessly!
