In this role, you will be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are spotless and ready for use. Your efforts will help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment where culinary excellence can thrive. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, energetic, and eager to support the team in delivering top-notch food service experiences. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly. Assist with food preparation tasks such as basic chopping or ingredient setup when needed. Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and organizing workspaces regularly. Help with food handling duties in accordance with safety standards to ensure hygiene and quality. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service times. Follow all health and safety protocols to create a safe environment for staff and guests. Skills Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is a plus but not required. Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members. Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food safety practices.
