You will be the backbone of our culinary operations, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are spotless and ready for use. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a hospitality setting, supporting chefs and food service staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Your dedication to cleanliness and teamwork will help create a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests. Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen tools to uphold health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, sinks, floors, and storage areas to ensure a hygienic workspace Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and handling basic prep work under supervision Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of food service operations and quick turnaround of clean items Follow proper food handling procedures and safety guidelines at all times to prevent contamination or accidents Help with general cleaning duties in the dining area and back-of-house spaces to uphold the highest standards of sanitation Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and supporting kitchen operations.
