We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Food Prep team member to join our back-of-house team. This position plays an important role in keeping the kitchen clean, organized, stocked, and running smoothly throughout service, while also assisting with basic food preparation as needed. Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment throughout service Keep the dish area clean, organized, and stocked Assist with basic food prep and kitchen preparation as needed Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness throughout the shift Take out trash and keep work areas clean Help keep the kitchen properly stocked and organized Assist the kitchen team with additional back-of-house duties as needed Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Work as part of the kitchen team to keep service running efficiently Qualifications Previous restaurant, dishwashing, or food prep experience preferred, but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team Reliable and dependable Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Reliable transportation Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties
