Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our dynamic restaurant team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are spotless and ready for service. Responsibilities Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen tools following food safety sanitizing procedures. Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed, supporting the kitchen team in meal assembly and ingredient handling. Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas remain clean and welcoming. Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly, including dishwashers, sinks, and other cleaning tools. Follow all sanitation protocols to uphold kitchen health and safety standards. Assist with manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies or equipment to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment, supporting overall sanitation efforts. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, dishwashing, or hospitality is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety management and sanitation practices is a plus. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely. Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as commercial dishwashers is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and safety standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude. Experience in restaurant or catering environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
