Zest Culinary Services (formerly MMI Dining Systems) is seeking a Dishwasher/Utility person to join our team at a multi-use hospitality and conference facility located in Northwest Jackson, just north of I-220. This unique operation includes a hotel, meeting and event spaces, and full food and beverage services. We are looking for an energetic and dependable dishwasher that takes pride in their job. No one likes to eat from dirty dishes! As a Dishwasher/Utility Team Member, you'll play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly by ensuring clean dishes are always available. In this role, you'll also assist with light food preparation, keep kitchen floors clean and sanitized, stock supplies, serve when needed, and support the kitchen team with various tasks throughout the day. This is a great role for someone who enjoys hospitality but prefers a Monday-Friday schedule. You'll play a key role in providing a clean, welcoming dining experience. Weekends and holidays off (except 2-3 emergencies per year)!
