Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support culinary staff Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas through regular cleaning routines Support catering and banquet setups by preparing food items and ensuring all necessary supplies are ready for service Busing tables and clearing dishes during service to facilitate smooth flow in dining areas Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all prepared items Collaborate with kitchen staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting heavy items, and bending Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting culinary operations Basic cooking skills or culinary experience are a plus but not mandatory Familiarity with bussing, food preparation, and general kitchen procedures preferred A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly!
