Job Summary:

Old Waverly Golf Club is an exclusive private golf club steeped in tradition, elegance, and world-class hospitality. Beyond the fairways, Old Waverly offers an experience that extends far beyond the game itself. Whether it's the stunning landscapes, the refined yet welcoming atmosphere, or the exquisite dining, everything about the club embodies charm and excellence. We are seeking a motivated and experienced dishwasher to join our team. The club offers an excellent work environment and a professional management team. You will be responsible for general cleanliness of the main kitchen dish area and other Food and Beverage kitchen prep areas. Wash and properly store all cooking utensils, china, flatware and glassware.

Duties:

• Washes all wares in dishwashing machine or by hand according to applicable food safety and other codes and regulations
• Cleans dish machine and dish area according to pre-stablished schedule
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas
• Washes and polishes all stainless steel in the kitchen including shelves, dish cabinets, ice machines, coffee area, refrigerators and walk-ins
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors
• Performs various other tasks such as storing foods after delivery and cleaning coolers, freezers and storerooms

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach
• Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds
• Continuous repetitive motions
