Job Description

Summary Plan, direct and control the plant production system through policy formulation, monitoring of daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources. Responsibilities Monitor and analyze daily manufacturing operations Ensure JSOX Compliance as related to IT and MIS systems Manage and Control Information Technology and Manufacturing Information Systems department to support all plant operations. Manage and coordinate corporate and plant scheduling departments. Manage and control raw material warehouse and finished Goods warehouse Manage and coordinate all raw material and support material planning. Plan, coordinate, and execute month end stock taking activities with Accounting Department. Create and maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Analyze manufacturing cost and take corrective action to meet plant wide targets through use of Kaizen and continuous improvement activities. Develop and manage small and large capital plans with Engineering Manager and Controller. Inform Accounting Department how to apply and when to capitalize capital projects. Facilitate and Schedule Plant Tours and visitor activities. Manage 3rd party service contracts

•including but not limited to Janitorial, Security, Pest Control, Vending, and Landscape Maintenance. Maintain and control plant layout and office spaces.
