Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient dining environment, supporting the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. Previous restaurant, catering, or hotel experience is a plus, especially in food service, food handling, and kitchen operations. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary and hospitality skills in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Clear and clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently Assist with bussing tables to ensure timely turnover for incoming guests Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic plating and setup Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping and wiping tables and floors Assist with food handling and storage following safety standards Support catering events by setting up and clearing serving stations Ensure all work areas comply with health and safety regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth service operations Skills Experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of bussing, cleaning, and basic food handling procedures Familiarity with banquet service, catering setups, or culinary environments is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude Basic understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow safety protocols Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within the dining environment
