• Job Summary
• We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/prep cook to join our team. The Dishwasher/prep cook will be responsible for light and basic food preperation as well as maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Responsibilities
• Clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly washed and sanitized
• Organize cleaned dishes and utensils
• Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks as needed
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Requirements
• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
• Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Strong work ethic and team player attitude
