Gypsy Queen is fast paced counter service restaurant with food cooked to order. We generally have low turnover and hope to find a person that likes to stay for a while. Duties include grabbing bus tubs from the front and line, washing dishes, general and deep cleaning, taking out the trash, and nightly prep work such as cutting vegetables and punching fries. Some knife skills are required. We are willing to teach and train the right candidate. Weekend and night time availability is a must. Shifts begin at 2:00 or 3:00 pm and end when everything is clean. This is typically 10:30 or so; we close at 9:00. Prep must be finished by 8pm and dishes must be completed no later than 11pm. We are an equal opportunity employer. Restaurant experience required. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months to a year of experience in commercial kitchen settings.
