• near Highland Brewing) We're looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to join our kitchen crew as a Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher / Event Support .

This is a key behind-the-scenes role that supports our chefs and keeps our kitchen and equipment clean, organized, and event-ready.

Schedule:

Wednesday-Sunday (days vary based on event schedule), approximately 9:00 AM

• 5:00 PM (end time may vary) Sunday availability is required Hours will vary seasonally, with busier periods in the spring and fall

Pay:

$18

• 20/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do:

This is an all-hands-on-deck position focused at our kitchen.

Responsibilities include:

Dishwashing and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen Breaking down and fully cleaning the kitchen at the end of the day Assisting with packing and loading vans for events "Flipping" vans—unloading, cleaning, and resetting them for the next event Cleaning and maintaining equipment such as hot boxes and coolers Handling and organizing rentals (plates, silverware, glassware, etc.) Supporting kitchen prep during slower periods General kitchen support—jumping in wherever needed

What We're Looking For:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude Team player who's willing to help wherever needed Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliability and punctuality (especially for Sundays) Comfort with physically active work (lifting, cleaning, being on your feet) Previous kitchen or dish experience is a plus, but not required
