Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly washed and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our food service operations, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning countertops, and disposing of waste. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times. Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the kitchen supervisor promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to culinary operations.
