In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary environment by ensuring dishes, equipment, and kitchen workspaces are always ready for service. What You'll Do Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently Clean dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout kitchen and dish areas Sweep, mop, remove trash, and assist with deep-cleaning projects Restock clean dishes, utensils, and supplies for kitchen operations Support kitchen staff with basic tasks and transportation of items as needed Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards What We're Looking For Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required Strong work ethic and team-first attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of safe cleaning and sanitation practices preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout shifts Reliable attendance and flexible availability Schedule Requirements Must be available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Full availability preferred throughout the week Ability to work a variety of shifts as business needs require Why Join Us Employee-Owned Success As a 100% employee-owned company, your hard work directly contributes to the success of the team.
