AM Dishwasher Job Summary :

The dishwasher will make sure dishes are properly cleaned for food service. This will be a part time position. Afternoon/evenings Friday-Sunday.

Essential Functions:

Fill sinks with proper cleaning solutions and change as needed. Clean and organize dirty pans, plates, containers, etc. Check trash cans regularly and take out trash. Run any dirty dishes or unclean plates/utensils through dishwasher. Return all plates to front service area and place on proper shelves. Have broom and clean mop ready in case of accidents or spills in both front and back of house. Make sure all counters, bus bins, glass tops, display cases and dining areas are clean. Break down all cardboard boxes. Checking, cleaning and restocking of bathrooms. Pull up mats from the floor, sweep area and mop both front and back of house. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by manager.

Education and Experience :

Bilingual in Spanish a plus, however, not required
