Take ownership of their work and strive to improve every day. If this sounds like you, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dish and kitchen area. Complete assigned prep lists accurately and efficiently. Assist with basic food preparation according to SHO recipes and standards. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Take ownership of BOH cleanliness standards. Assist with receiving, stocking, labeling, and rotating inventory. Remove trash and help maintain cleanliness throughout the BOH. Work collaboratively with the entire BOH team. What We're Looking For Previous dishwasher or prep cook experience preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Willingness to assist with both dishwashing and food preparation. Basic knife skills and attention to detail. Dependable, organized, and committed to maintaining a clean kitchen. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
