Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing excellent service to our guests. Duties Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces as needed. Assist with food preparation tasks as required, ensuring all food handling guidelines are followed. Help with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes to maintain a tidy dining area. Support catering events by ensuring all necessary items are clean and ready for service. Follow proper sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak service times. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling and safety standards is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness in all tasks performed. Willingness to assist in various kitchen duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a strong work ethic.
