Daytime availability required. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working in a restaurant and must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to be adaptable and help make sure the kitchen runs smoothly. Duties may include but are not limited to: cleaning all dishes in an efficient and sanitary way putting all dishes and equipment away in their designated spaces maintaining an extremely clean work area kitchen prep, including chopping, portioning, and other tasks as needed daily cleaning of the dish area and kitchen stocking and putting away inventory (some lifting required) must possess NM Food Handler card or obtain within 2 weeks of hire We look forward to finding the right individual to join our team.
