Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our culinary team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals while ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including dishwashing and bussing tables Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized after use Assist with catering events and banquets as needed Follow food handling safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food service Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is preferred Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques Experience in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service Knowledge of food handling safety regulations is a plus Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Join our team and be part of an exciting culinary journey where your skills will shine!
