Responsibilities Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to meet health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and prep work for kitchen staff Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and maintaining a tidy dining environment Help with catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, storage areas, and dishwashing stations throughout shifts Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with safety regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to support smooth restaurant operations during busy service hours Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
