The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping the kitchen clean and organized. Responsibilities Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and stocked Assist kitchen staff with maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace Take out trash and recycling as needed Sweep and mop kitchen floors Clean and sanitize work surfaces and equipment Properly store clean dishes and kitchen supplies Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and closing duties Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Work efficiently during busy dinner services Communicate respectfully and work as part of the kitchen team Qualifications Reliable and punctual Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Able to stand for extended periods Able to lift and carry kitchen items when needed Strong attention to cleanliness Team player with a positive attitude Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required Join us in delivering top-tier service by ensuring our kitchen remains spotless and efficient!
