In this vital role, you will ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, utensils, and food preparation areas, supporting our culinary team in delivering exceptional service. Your dedication to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene will contribute to a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for everyone. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a lively venue that hosts memorable events and celebrations. Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of large pots, trays, full trash bags, or boxes with proper technique to ensure safety Operate kitchen equipment including dishwashers, sinks, and cleaning tools in accordance with kitchen health and safety standards Maintain sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, floors, and storage areas in compliance with food safety management protocols Support overall kitchen cleanliness through routine cleaning duties aligned with sanitation guidelines
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 12.0 per week
