Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Dishwasher, where your role is vital in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. You will be responsible for ensuring all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using proper cleaning techniques. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas including dishwashing stations, prep areas, and storage spaces. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as ingredient prep or portioning under supervision. Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service. Follow food handling safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene standards are met. Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage dishwashing schedules during busy service hours. Help with general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and maintaining a sanitary environment. Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Familiarity with basic kitchen operations such as bussing tables or assisting in food preparation is a plus. Experience working in banquet settings or catering events enhances your ability to support large-scale operations. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices is advantageous. Previous hospitality or hotel experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key.
