Our dish team is an essential part of keeping the restaurant running smoothly. We're looking for someone who takes pride in working clean, staying organized, moving with purpose, and supporting the rest of the kitchen during busy services. Job Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Keep the dish area clean, organized, and running efficiently throughout the shift Properly store clean dishes, cookware, and equipment Maintain clean floors, work surfaces, sinks, and surrounding kitchen areas Empty trash and recycling and maintain designated disposal areas Follow proper sanitation, food safety, and chemical-handling procedures Assist with general kitchen cleaning and closing responsibilities Help with basic kitchen or prep tasks when needed Communicate with cooks and managers to keep service moving smoothly Maintain a sense of urgency during high-volume periods Follow all restaurant safety and cleanliness standards Be willing to jump in and help the team wherever needed Qualifications Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment Positive attitude and team-first mentality Able to follow directions and communicate effectively with coworkers and managers Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Comfortable working around heat, water, cleaning chemicals, and kitchen equipment Able to stand and move for extended periods Able to bend, reach, lift, and carry up to approximately 50 lbs. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business requires Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is helpful, but not required .
