Overview Join our dynamic restaurant team as a Dishwasher and become an essential part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will ensure the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, supporting chefs and servers to maintain a smooth and efficient operation. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for both team members and guests alike. Duties Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as ingredient prep, plating, or basic cooking under supervision Support bussing duties by clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas during service Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene and prevent cross-contamination Maintain a clean work environment through regular sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and equipment cleaning Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food service operations during busy periods and special events Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is key! Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practice Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending comfortably Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to support others in fast-paced environments Basic understanding of kitchen operations including bussing, cleaning, and food preparation techniques Prior hospitality or hotel experience can be advantageous but is not mandatory Requirements Must work one weekend day Must be available during the week during the day
