Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Busser/Dishwasher, where you'll play a vital role in creating a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow of service during busy hours Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering utensils or condiments as needed Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly to maintain kitchen operations Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and dining areas through regular cleaning and sanitizing Support food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies or assisting with basic plating under supervision Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with kitchen staff, servers, and management Skills Experience in bussing tables and supporting food service operations in restaurants or hospitality settings Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety protocols Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities Strong cleaning skills with attention to sanitation standards in kitchens and dining areas Previous banquet, catering, or hotel experience is a plus Excellent teamwork skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic culinary knowledge and restaurant experience are desirable for growth within the hospitality industry
