You call it a hamburger — We Invented It! Job Summary We're hiring a Kitchen Team Member to support our kitchen with dishwashing, cleanup, and light food prep . This is an important role that keeps the kitchen running smoothly and helps deliver a great guest experience every day. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils quickly and correctly Keep the dish station clean, organized, and stocked Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and back-of-house areas (floors, counters, trash, etc.) Assist with basic closing duties and end-of-shift cleanup Take out trash, break down boxes, and help with stocking/restocking Help with light prep when needed (simple prep tasks and kitchen support) Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Work as part of a team to keep service running fast and smooth What We're Looking For (Qualifications) Reliable and on-time with a strong work ethic Coachable attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Positive, team-first mindset Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to ~40 lbs (as needed) Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person Benefits & Perks Flexible scheduling Employee meal/discount program Growth opportunities and advancement for high performers Supportive team culture If you're ready to join a team that values hard work, takes pride in our kitchen, and serves our community with tradition and energy — apply today.
