Job Description Overview Make a meaningful impact every day by supporting a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen that helps deliver high-quality meals to the residents who call our community home. Sycamore Glen is a Memory Care and Assisted Living community located in Miamisburg, Ohio. As a Dishwasher, you'll play an essential role in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and supporting the culinary team to ensure a smooth dining experience. You'll be responsible for the organized, consistent, and timely cleaning of dishes, kitchen equipment, and work areas while assisting with serving as needed and maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and safety. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and understands the importance of behind-the-scenes excellence. You'll work closely with the Chef and Culinary team to keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and running efficiently to support resident dining.
Pay :
$14- $16 per hour Schedule Week 1:

Sunday, Friday 3:30pm-7:30pm Week 2Monday, Saturday 3:30pm-7:30pm

Requirements:
Able to pass a background check, drug screen and physical Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation Willingness to assist with serving residents as needed Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required 18 years or older, or high school graduate If you take pride in your work and want to make a real difference for residents every day, apply today and join our culinary team at Community First Solutions ! Responsibilities Loads, runs and unloads the dish machine. Washes and stores all tableware and kitchenware. Maintains adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen Monitors dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle. Cleans food preparation and production areas as required. Stock supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations, storage areas and refrigerators as needed Maintains the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen Sweep, mop and empty garbage All other duties as assigned and/or appropriate to the position.
Qualifications Education:
High School diploma or GED preferred but not required Licenses or other required certifications: Specialized knowledge, skills, or abilities: Reliability & a positive attitude
