Duties & Requirements Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, and cookware efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen. Ensure all items are sanitized and stored properly after cleaning. Support kitchen staff during busy service periods by providing clean dishes and utensils promptly. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Previous experience in a culinary or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food handling and safety practices. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. Capacity to handle physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations.
