• Washing and transferring of dishes in a timely manner.
• Keep dish area clean and in an orderly manner.
• Ensures that station or relevant prep list is done and set for service.
• Assist chef and sous chef with organization and sanitation of main kitchen.
• Prepared to assist in other areas of the kitchen when not busy.
• Willingness to work well as a member of a strong team and take pride in their work.
• A positive attitude and a passion for learning new skills.
