Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as cold line prep Operate kitchen equipment safely including dishwashers, sinks, and manual handling tools while adhering to health and safety standards Handle food items with care during preparation and cleaning processes to ensure proper food handling practices are followed Maintain sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, floors, and storage areas in compliance with kitchen health and safety regulations Experience Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards and following food safety protocols Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while supporting team members with a positive attitude
