Contribute to overall kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and maintaining sanitation throughout the workspace. Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or catering is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key! Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and food safety procedures is highly desirable. Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as dishwashers and other cleaning tools efficiently. Strong understanding of kitchen health and safety standards including proper manual handling techniques. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods during shifts. Good communication skills to work effectively with team members across various roles.
