Duties Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by regularly cleaning work areas, floors, and equipment. Assist with food preparation as needed to support cooks and other kitchen staff. Properly handle food items according to safety and sanitation guidelines. Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to ensure a pleasant experience for guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and cleanliness. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of food handling practices is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen. Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
