Evening Shift Schedule:

5 nights per week

Hours:

3:00 PM - 10:00 PM Approximately 35 hours per week We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our evening kitchen team. This position plays an important role in keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently throughout dinner service. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well as part of a team, and can be counted on to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area throughout the shift. Return clean dishes and equipment to their proper storage locations. Assist with general kitchen cleaning, including floors, work areas, and trash removal. Properly handle and dispose of garbage, cardboard, and recycling. Maintain appropriate levels of clean plates, silverware, cookware, and other supplies during dinner service. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Assist cooks and other kitchen team members with basic cleaning and support duties when needed. Complete end-of-night cleaning responsibilities and ensure the dish area is properly closed and prepared for the following day. Qualifications Dependable and able to consistently work the scheduled 3:00 PM-10:00 PM shift, five nights per week . Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong attention to cleanliness and organization. Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift, carry, and move kitchen supplies and equipment. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred but not required ; training will be provided.
