Summary As a Dishwasher, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are cleaned and sanitized to maintain a safe and efficient food service environment. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, your core skills in bussing and cleaning will support the overall operations of the healthcare culinary department. We expect you to work diligently in a fast-paced setting, contributing to a positive dining experience for our residents while upholding our high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain hygiene standards. Ensure all surfaces are kept clean and organized. Support kitchen staff by bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area. Follow food handling and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong cleaning skills and attention to detail Experience in food preparation and handling Familiarity with restaurant and kitchen environments Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of catering and banquet service Previous experience in food service or hotel settings is a plus
