About the Role We're looking for a dedicated team member to support our kitchen and dining room during service.

Responsibilities include:

Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly Basic food prep: washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients as directed by the kitchen team Clearing and resetting tables between courses Filling and refilling water glasses for guests Assisting servers and kitchen staff with general dining room support Keeping the dish station, prep areas, floors, and work areas clean and organized Following food safety and sanitation guidelines Taking out trash and end of night cleaning duties Supporting other light kitchen and front-of-house tasks as needed What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable being on your feet for the duration of a shift Basic knife skills or willingness to learn Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Prior dishwashing, prep, busing, or restaurant experience a plus but not required — we'll train the right person Available for evening and/or weekend shifts Wednesday-Saturday with the usual hours 5:00pm-10:30 This role is paid and offers an engaging environment where you can build foundational skills in hospitality, food safety, and kitchen operations while contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
