This position plays an essential role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment while supporting our culinary staff in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and dishwashing areas. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Assist with basic cleaning duties, including floors, workstations, and storage areas. Support kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. Help maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed. Qualifications Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 pounds. Schedule Requirements This is primarily a night shift position . Weekend availability is required. Holiday availability is required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
