Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment quickly and efficiently to keep up with service demands. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper disposal of waste to uphold health standards. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies or prepping ingredients when needed. Support the team during catering or banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use. Follow food handling safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure a hygienic workspace. Help with light cleaning duties Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy hours. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is key! Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed. Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary.
