Teriyaki Madness is hiring energetic and dependable Back of House (BOH) Team Members to join our Brentwood team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, take pride in preparing great food, and work well as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to Teriyaki Madness recipes and standards Work on the grill, wok, fryer, prep, and other kitchen stations Prepare fresh vegetables, proteins, sauces, rice, noodles, and other ingredients Maintain food quality, portioning, and presentation standards Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures Keep kitchen, prep areas, equipment, and workstations clean and organized Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner periods Communicate and work closely with other BOH and Front of House team members Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning responsibilities What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Attention to cleanliness and food quality Ability to stand for extended periods and perform typical restaurant kitchen duties Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Employee meal benefits Training and opportunities for growth Fast-paced, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow into Shift Lead and Management positions Schedule Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available Morning, evening, and weekend availability is preferred.
