Job Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Busser/Dish Washers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests. Your enthusiasm and commitment to sanitation will help ensure smooth restaurant operations and a positive dining atmosphere. Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring proper table setting and presentation for incoming guests Wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment following food safety standards Assist with bussing tables by removing used dishes, silverware, and trash promptly to maintain cleanliness Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, dish racks, and supplies using safe lifting practices Support the kitchen team with basic food handling and sanitation duties as needed Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate service flow Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms, and service stations throughout shifts Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety regulations Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team Customer service mindset with a positive attitude Familiarity with table setting, food handling, and catering procedures is a plus Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
