Duties Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently to clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, counters, and storage spaces. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the culinary team. Bus tables and assist with clearing dishes from dining areas promptly. Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow during busy service periods. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management. Qualifications Previous experience in a food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with banquet service or hotel operations is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Must be able to handle food safely and adhere to hygiene standards.
