Opening Fall 2026 Lombardi Family Concepts is bringing the Victory Tap experience to Dallas, and we're building an all-star team from the ground up. We're looking for dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Dishwashers to join our opening kitchen team. Our dish team plays a critical role in keeping the kitchen moving, and we're looking for people who take pride in cleanliness, organization, and being part of a great team. What You'll Do Operate the dish machine and properly wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes and equipment Maintain a constant supply of clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Keep dish areas clean, organized, and sanitary Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and organization throughout service Remove trash and recycling according to restaurant procedures Maintain clean floors and surrounding work areas Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries when needed Follow all food-safety and sanitation standards Complete opening, closing, and deep-cleaning responsibilities What We're Looking For Previous restaurant experience a plus Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work quickly and efficiently Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen items Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Dependable and punctual Team-first mindset Positive attitude and professional demeanor Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
