$10.00 / hour #HGCY26 Position Overview Leon's World Finest Barbecue & Soul Food is seeking a Dishwasher / Busboy to support daily restaurant operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain facility cleanliness, assist with table turnover, wash cookware and service items, and collaborate closely with kitchen staff and servers to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment for guests.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Dishwashing & Sanitation:
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to maintain high hygiene standards.
Dining Room & Table Maintenance:
Bus, clean, and reset tables promptly to ensure fast turnover and assist front-of-house staff.
Facility Support:
Maintain cleanliness in dining areas and kitchen work spaces, remove trash, and keep the environment organized.
