Job Summary Cubana Grille is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are washed and sanitized efficiently. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and providing excellent service to our guests. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash regularly. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times. Participate in cleaning tasks during closing shifts to prepare the kitchen for the next day. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills is a plus. Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety practices is essential. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure are critical for success in this role.
