This is a Monday through Friday position. Duties Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations Clear and buss tables promptly to maintain cleanliness in dining areas Operate dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Handle manual lifting of heavy cookware and supplies with proper technique to prevent injury Maintain strict sanitation standards in accordance with kitchen health and safety regulations Support food handling procedures ensuring proper hygiene practices are followed at all times Experience Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, especially in fast-paced environments Familiarity with food safety management and sanitation practices is highly advantageous Basic knife skills and experience with food preparation are a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently Knowledge of kitchen health and safety standards, including proper use of dishwashing equipment Experience with catering or banquet service is beneficial but not required Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards hospitality service Embark on a rewarding journey in the hospitality industry by ensuring our kitchen runs seamlessly!
