Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Busser, Dishwasher, and Cleaner. In this role, you'll support the restaurant's operations by maintaining a clean and organized environment, ensuring and maintaining and clean supply of dishes, silverware and glassware to the kitchen crew. you also assisting with table bussing service, and ensuring sanitation standards are upheld in the restuarant prior to the opening of service. Your proactive approach will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring quick turnaround times for incoming guests Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling supplies, and supporting guest needs with friendly communication Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment using proper manual handling techniques to ensure safety and sanitation Maintain cleanliness of all dining and kitchen areas by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces regularly Support food handling procedures by adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols Handle heavy lifting safely when moving supplies or equipment around the restaurant Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and service needs for smooth operations Clean dining floor and other communal areas used by customers prior to start of dinner service each day. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued Familiarity with cleaning procedures, sanitation practices, and safe manual handling techniques is advantageous Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, lifting heavy items safely, and performing repetitive cleaning duties Knowledge of restaurant operations or catering experience can enhance your ability to support the team efficiently This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the food industry while contributing to a positive guest experience.
