What You'll Do Keep dishes, utensils, and cookware clean, sanitized, and ready for service Stay on top of dish flow during busy evening rushes Clear and reset tables quickly to keep the dining room moving Help servers by running food and assisting with guest needs Maintain a clean, organized dish area and bus station Take out trash, clean spills, and support the team wherever needed Follow all safety and sanitation standards.
